RETURNS & REFUNDS
We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase but in the event that you change your mind and would like to return your item, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt of the item. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, complete, unused, unwashed and with all original packaging including any tags attached. Please note you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so for your protection, you should consider using a trackable shipping service which requires a signature on delivery. We will refund you on to the card which was used to make your purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns procedure: You have 14 days from receiving the item to inform us that you wish to cancel, please email email@example.com to cancel. After informing us via emailing , you have 14 days to return the products.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind and cancel the contract, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable delivery charges, of the price you paid to the original payment method. We will process the refund without unnecessary delay and in any event, not later than either i) 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods or ii) if there were no products to be returned, then 14 days after the day we received written communication of your cancellation.
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of receiving the item, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund.
